Learning from past mistakes, and dealing with the ever challenging task of finding Ambulance coverage for our events. We are forced to charge an Ambulance fee this season to cover the cost of having one on site both days. We have spent ton's of time searching this much needed service, to be honest, very lucrative service. In today's market of providing safety, unfortunately the volunteer services seem to be drying up. We all feel more comfortable when the ambulance is sitting in the pits, and this year that will come at more of a cost than before. So at every event, all registered drivers will have a $5.00 Ambulance fee. This amount hopefully will cover the total cost, and be adjusted through-out the season if needed, up or down, based on driver registrations and total income. This fee will only be charged once per event no matter how many classes you enter. So example of true cost, if you enter 4 classes that day, your actual charge to insure ambulance at track is an additional $1.25 per class. Obviously more or less based on total number of classes enter for that day's event. (Max paid per day $5.00) We hope this gives everyone the assurance that we're taking all steps possible to have your safety at the forefront. Attachments:
