Could you please let me know the cancellation policy? Most motels in theNew Cumberland area require cancellation by 4pm on Thursday for a Friday night reservation. Would hate to pay for a motel room we are not going to use because the Saturday race gets cancelled.

Our policy in regards to weather cancellations is ,if we decide to cancel it will be posted by 9am Friday for Saturdays event and 9am for Sundays event.Based on a 60% or more chance of rain.Less than that we will be going to the race track. Thank You Dale
